How do I place an order online?

To place an order on our website, please use our secure on-line shopping cart and enter your credit card details. If you would like to place an order by phone, please call us at 1.866.209.1231 anytime between the hours of 8am to 6pm Monday through Friday EST. If you have questions regarding any of products and services, you can email us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at, but why not just give us a call?

Can I place orders by phone?

We do accept phone orders please call 1.866.209.1231. Our customer service representatives are available Monday through Friday 8am to 6pm to answer any questions that you may have. We’d love to hear from you and talk to you!
Can you please place a “rush” on my order?

We will ship your order within 28 to 48 hours. Please call us Monday through Friday 8am – 6pm EST at 1.866.209.1231. We will gladly do whatever we can to accommodate you whether it’s rushing processing where available or expediting shipping or both!

What are my payment options?

Orders can be placed online, using Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Cards. If you’d like to pay by check, your order must be placed by phone. After your order is placed, please send your check to:

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the State of Georgia (7%). This is due to the fact that our corporate office is located in Atlanta, Georgia. All other States and Countries are tax exempt. I am purchasing this as a gift. Does the packing slip display pricing of my purchase? No. Since many of our items are sent directly to the recipient as gifts, we will never include an invoice with the package. You order confirmation serves as your record of payment.

Can I add a gift message? If so, how do I do this?

Yes, a special & personal gift message can be added and shipped along with your order. Please look for the text box during check out to write out what you would like your gift enclosure card to say.


How do I check the status of my order?

There are several options for tracking your order:

• Track directly from our website

• Track directly from the UPS website with your UPS tracking number; which you will receive via email once your order has shipped from our location.

• If your order is being shipped directly from one of our vendors, please contact us Monday through Friday 8am – 6pm EST at 1.866.209.1231 for tracking information.

Will I get an email confirmation after I place my order? Yes, you will receive two emails. The first will be to confirm that your order has been received and the second one will provide your tracking information once your order has been shipped.

How do I make changes or cancel my order?

Please verify your order confirmation immediately upon receipt to verify the details of your order. You may make changes or cancel your order as long as the order is not in the production / assemble stage. We strongly suggest that you call and speak with a customer service representative Monday through Friday 8am – 6pm EST at 1.866.209.1231 as soon as possible with any changes and cancellations so that we can accommodate your request without any additional charges. If an order is in production / assemble stage then there can be no changes made.

What if my order is undeliverable?

If UPS is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address, the order will be returned to Gift Cakes Galore – n – more. The sender is responsible for any reshipping fees charged by UPS to redeliver the package.



What is your return & exchange policy?

Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed on anything that you purchase from Gift Cakes Galore - n - more and our top priority is for you to be completely thrilled with your Diaper Cake or Diaper Cupcake, but if for any reason you are not then we will gladly and cheerfully refund your money or replace your diaper cake or diaper cupcake…You have our word on it! We pride ourselves in carrying and producing high-quality items and we do hope that you will be pleased with your order. When you receive your order, please inspect it carefully to verify that all items meets your expectations and if for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service department at  for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within 3 days of receipt of your order.

PLEASE NOTE: The return shipment of your purchased item(s) is the responsibility of the buyer. Upon receipt of your item(s) at Gift Cakes Galore - n - more, we will refund the total price of your order less the shipping fees. No credit will be given for lost return packages. We strongly recommend that you use a shipper with a traceable shipping method as we cannot and will not be responsible for damaged or lost return packages.

How long before I receive my refund?

After we receive your package and inspect the items, you will receive an email confirming your credit total. Credit will be issued in 3 to 5 business days. We ask that you please allow adequate time for your banking institution to process the credit and post to your account.

Do you charge restocking fees?

In order to receive an RA # for your return, you must contact us with 3 days of receipt. We will not charge a restocking fee on these returns.

What if I receive my order and it is damaged?

Please inspect all items carefully when you receive your order. If there is any damage, please email us within 3 days after the package was delivered. Keep the original box, packaging materials as well as any paperwork that came in the box. We do recommend and suggest that you email us a digital photograph of the damaged box and / or items. One of our customer service representatives will help you file a claim with UPS if needed.
