We are a diaper cake company located in the heartland of America. We are delighted to offer unique, high quality diaper cakes manufactured with dozens of white fluffy diapers, with each layer being embellished with the finest ingredients; Gund Baby® "Lil' personalities", premium baby products such as Burt’s Bees® Baby Bee™ and Johnson & Johnson® , etc. at very attractive retail price points.

2) Once we have a copy of your Resale Tax ID Certificate, you will then receive all applicable wholesale forms to be completed via email, once received by Gift Cakes Galore -n- more you be able to start placing orders with us.
Terms and Conditions:
● Credit Card is required for all opening orders. Customers must submit a completed Gift Cakes Galore –n- more credit application in order to be considered for credit after the third order. Submission of this application constitutes customer’s agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions stated herein.
● Opening orders must be a minimum of $100.00. Reorder minimums are $75.00. Orders which do not meet minimum ordering amounts carry an additional $8.00 fee. No C.O.D. orders are accepted.
● Same day rush shipment is available (contact us for details). All wholesale orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. Wholesale orders ship within 2-3 Business Day and freight charges are charged along with your merchandise.
● All sales are final. Damaged or incorrect shipment reports must be made within 2 business days of receipt of merchandise. All returns require an RMA # from Gift Cakes Galore -n- more or will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
● In the event that merchandise ordered is not available; the out of stock portion of the order will be backordered at our discretion. Backordered items will be charged when shipped.
● Gift Cakes Galore -n- more resellers are permitted to sell only on their approved company owned and operated website. Selling on any other website is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination. Product images are available by request on our website.
● Prices and product “ingredients” may change without notice. Current product information and pricing are always available; which retailers will be notified via email.
● Product packaging may not be changed in any way, including altering the presentation or structure of the product.
● All accounts are prepaid (credit card or check) until credit is approved by Gift Cakes Galore -n- more. If approved, credit terms will be granted following the customer’s third prepaid order.
Open account terms are net 30 days with Credit Card guarantee. Terms as stated on invoices apply to date of invoice, not to receipt of shipment. We strictly enforce these terms. Accounts are converted to prepay if paid later than terms.
Customers must pay 1.5% monthly service charge on any past due amounts, along with all reasonable handling, legal and collection fees associated with collecting past due amounts. Returned (NSF and Stop Payment) checks are subject to a $30.00 charge for each return.
