Shipping

Domestic Shipping 
Our shipping model is so easy to understand. Processing + Assemble + Shipping = Delivery! Your order will be shipped out within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of your order. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. We ship using UPS and are required by them to have a physical address for delivery. We work with UPS and offer regular ground shipping, 3 day guaranteed delivery, 2 day guaranteed delivery and overnight delivery. Please do keep in mind that any shipping option other than regular ground shipping incurs a premium shipping fee. Please note that regular order processing times still apply.  

International Shipping 
We will gladly ship our diaper cakes and diaper cupcakes anywhere in the world! However, International Shipments will have a higher shipping fee and slower delivery times than orders from within the USA. Please allow at least a minimum of 10 business days for international shipments to arrive which will allow time to pass through International Customs. The International shipping price is calculated by the shopping cart based on the size of the diaper cake or diaper cupcake ordered and the country being shipped to. We use USPS Priority International for all of our International Shipments. We cannot offer Express Service outside of the USA. 

Return Policy

When you receive your order, please inspect it carefully to verify that all items meets your expectations and if for some reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply contact our customer service department within 3 days of receipt of your order at info@giftcakesgalorenmore.com Tell us your name, the order number, which item(s) you are returning, and the reason for the return. We will reply to the email with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions on how to send the items back to us.

PLEASE NOTE: The return shipment of your purchased item(s) is the responsibility of the buyer. Upon receipt of your item(s) at Gift Cakes Galore - n - more, we will refund the total price of your order less the shipping fees. No credit will be given for lost return packages. We strongly recommend that you use a shipper with a traceable shipping method as we cannot and will not be responsible for damaged or lost return packages.

How long before I receive my refund?

After we receive your package and inspect the items, you will receive an email confirming your credit total. Credit will be issued in 3 to 5 business days. We ask that you please allow adequate time for your banking institution to process the credit and post to your account.

Do you charge restocking fees?

In order to receive an RA # for your return, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt. We will not charge a restocking fee on these returns.

What if I receive my order and it is damaged?

Please inspect all items carefully when you receive your order. If there is any damage, please email us within 3 days after the package was delivered. Keep the original box, packaging materials as well as any paperwork that came in the box. We do recommend and suggest that you email us a digital photograph of the damaged box and / or items. One of our customer service representatives will help you file a claim with UPS if needed.
